During this time, we get to know each other, but most importantly, we explore what led you to seek online coaching or in-person support. You’re free to share whatever feels right in this confidential conversation. It’s a moment just for you to reflect on what’s on your mind, and often, it already sparks new insights—or even first steps toward action.
