I am a certified professional and personal coach (RNCP) and a member of the International Coaching Federation. After five years of training in entrepreneurship, I navigated the business world in a versatile way, gaining a broad understanding of its diverse challenges. But above all…
My first expatriation alone, at 14 years old, took me to an American high school in Boston. Between the excitement and the joy of fulfilling a dream, I also experienced the loss of familiar landmarks, far from everything I knew. Paradoxically, while I was living my biggest dream, I was also going through a period of deep doubts and sadness. Being alone in the face of the unknown means being confronted with who you really are — and that is when your self-confidence is truly challenged.
Every change involves letting go of something, a break from a comfortable situation, even when it’s a choice we’ve made. And this transition inevitably comes with a phase of discomfort, sometimes even pain, before adaptation and fulfillment can emerge. Two options lie before us: we can either endure it or make the most of it. That was my very first lesson in independence and resilience.

This experience marked a turning point in my journey and left an indelible mark on my personality. Every encounter, every challenge, and every moment lived shaped new qualities and created deep connections — some for life. Since then, each expatriation has been a new challenge, requiring me to face uncertainty and trust myself. No matter the motivation, stepping outside of your comfort zone is never easy.

After a rather linear academic path in business and a complicated readjustment after returning from expatriation, I didn’t feel fulfilled by the professional life that seemed mapped out for me. I would wake up in the morning already anxious about facing a day that had no meaning for me, and go to bed at night feeling dissatisfied.
I couldn’t accept this period of transition and change, and I felt stuck in my situation, not knowing how to move forward. I no longer recognized myself, and my well-being, relationships, and self-confidence were deteriorating with each passing day that I continued living a life that no longer aligned with me.
I knew I wanted to create a professional project that truly mattered to me, and I was passionate about well-being and personal development. But I was blocked by a lack of clarity in my ambitions — I didn’t know what to do or how.
Until one day… I had the chance to meet a professional coach, and everything became clear. That was the beginning of a long personal development journey that finally allowed me to clarify my desires, define what I wanted to do, who I wanted to become, and above all, to understand that it was possible — that I already had all the tools within reach.
I believe sincerity and perseverance are deeply connected, because being sincere means that our behaviors, relationships, and initiatives are authentic. This makes commitment easier and improves results, since we are never as motivated and effective as when we act in alignment. These are the same principles I apply with my clients, with a deep belief in each of them and in their success.
In English, it evokes inspiration and motivation, while in French it refers to breathing. This double meaning symbolizes the balance between ambition and personal well-being. This choice reflects my commitment to supporting my clients in achieving their goals and creating lasting well-being and serenity.
This double meaning symbolizes the balance between ambition and personal well-being.
Inspired by my years of living in the United States, where strong importance is placed on both mental and physical well-being, I noticed when I returned to France a lack of cohesive, tailored structures to help people build healthy habits and achieve holistic balance.
Today, through INSPIRE, my vision is to offer a new kind of coaching. High-end and fully personalized, it’s designed to significantly improve each client’s quality of life by fostering healthy mental and physical habits. The goal: to restore happiness and serenity in daily life and empower the achievement of both personal and professional ambitions.

The first progress depends on the individual, their motivation, their actions, and their situation. However, results begin to appear once the person understands that they are responsible for their own growth. In general, actions are initiated from the very first session, and new insights usually emerge around the third. Everyone moves forward at their own pace!
While therapy explores the past to explain current behaviors and focuses on the ‘why,’ coaching emphasizes action to develop new behaviors and understand the ‘how.’ It is rooted in positive psychology, which studies how individuals succeed regardless of why they are where they are today. Coaching is therefore goal-oriented, with progress depending on the client’s willingness to take action. The client finds their own solutions through the coach’s questioning methods.
Each session is unique and tailored to your progress, challenges, and goals. In every case, you can let yourself be guided by my questions while remaining free to share only what you feel comfortable with.
It’s important to know that a coach has an obligation of means — meaning I provide you with all the tools and resources available to help you grow. However, the results depend on you: your motivation and your actions.
You can expect me to use my knowledge, methods, and experience to support your confidence-building process to the fullest. Coaching is therefore a 50/50 partnership!
